I never went to school declaring I wanted to be a recruiter when I grew up, but here I am. I have worked in various sectors prior to recruitment, and nothing could prepare me for the whirlwind that this industry is. I call a spade a spade and some days this is a tough industry however it is extremely rewarding when you place someone into work and the client has the person they need, it’s a great feeling.

Having been in recruitment for 10 years now I have seen and heard it all, from tortoises following workers to bus stops to distant family members succumbing to various ailments, there certainly never is a dull moment. We set THH Recruitment up to steer away from KPI’s, micromanaging and the monotone recruitment promises given by agencies.

My main expertise is Engineering and Textile Recruitment and have the pleasure of working with some fantastic companies, some of which have been a part of my work life for the last 10 years and cannot thank them enough for their continued support.

I’ve been in recruitment for 10 years now, my passion has always been spending my time filling large volume temporary and temp to perm clients with the staff they need, alongside this I also have an experienced background in engineering, specifically hydraulic and mechanical system, this allows me a unique perspective… I like to think I know the positions I recruit for inside and out!
