Have a vacancy and need a permanent staff member from day one? Great news! Just give us a 5-minute call to discuss your needs and provide a job specification. Even better if we can visit for a coffee to see the job firsthand. That’s it! We’ll handle the rest.

THH will gather relevant CVs, conduct initial and secondary interviews, and send you a GDPR-compliant CV. If the interview goes well and you hire the candidate, we charge you a fee based on % of annual salary.

Worried about the candidate leaving? Don’t panic—we offer a rebate structure or a free replacement!

Temp to Perm

Great news, suddenly your business is inundated with work and need a number of new hires but can’t commit to full-time staff yet and have no time to recruit yourself…. No problem, we offer a 12-week temp-to-perm service.

We’ll handle everything: sourcing CVs, interviewing, ID/Compliance checks and reference checks. We will add a management fee on to the persons hourly rate, and they’ll work for you for 12 weeks. This allows you to ensure the fit is right for both sides. We handle payroll, site inductions, confirm attendances and shifts, address any issues, conduct monthly reviews— you just provide a weekly timesheet.

If after 12 weeks you want to hire them permanently, there’s no additional cost to you. Simple!
