THH Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing business, currently seeking Packing Operatives to join their busy Packing & Collating Department.

Weekend Day Shifts – 6am-4pm

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in accuracy and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pack, collate, and finish products following detailed job instructions.
• Check printed materials for defects (such as smears or errors) and promptly report any issues to your Supervisor.
• Complete all documentation related to packing and fulfilment processes.
• Operate packing, finishing, and fulfilment equipment (full training provided).
• Pack goods securely to prevent damage during transit, ensuring customer specifications are met.
• Work efficiently to achieve daily production targets.

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Previous packing or fulfilment experience is an advantage, but full training will be provided.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work well under pressure.
• Flexible and willing to support different tasks as needed.
• Comfortable working to deadlines.
• Immediate availability is essential.
