Position Details:

Role: Production / Machine Operative

Location: Normanton, WF6

Weekly Rotating Shifts (Monday to Friday):

AM Shift: 5:45 am – 1:45 pm

PM Shift: 1:45 pm – 9:45 pm

Night Shift: 9:45 pm – 5:45 am

Responsibilities:

• Working on production lines to manufacture parts with precision and attention to detail.
• Operate and manage machinery and tools in a safe and efficient manner.
• Inspect finished products for quality and consistency.
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with the team to meet production targets.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace.

Qualifications:

• Previous machine manufacturing or production experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work a 3 shift pattern.
• Team player with good communication skills.
