About the Gig

Got an eye for detail sharper than a barcode scanner? Love the thrill of turning random items into irresistible online listings? We want you on our e-commerce team!

We’re on the hunt for a savvy, self-motivated E-Commerce Lister to work their magic in our warehouse. You’ll be listing everything from quirky vintage gems to shiny new stock on sites like eBay – making sure each item shines brighter than your last online shopping haul.

This is a target-driven role – perfect for someone who thinks in titles, tags, and trending keywords.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Snap, write, list, repeat – you’ll be creating engaging product listings on platforms like eBay.
  • Do Sherlock-level product research to price like a pro and stay ahead of trends.
  • Optimise listings for visibility and conversion (keywords are your BFF).
  • Smash daily/weekly listing targets like the eComm legend you are.
  • Handle customer queries with friendliness and flair.
  • Track and report data insights to help steer the e-ship.
  • Keep stock records accurate and tidy.
  • Help keep the workspace organised, inclusive, and safe.
  • Support new teammates and volunteers with your knowledge (and charm).

Who You Are

  • You’ve listed on eBay more times than you’ve made toast – and loved it.
  • You’re detail-obsessed and can spot a spelling error from space.
  • Algorithms and SEO? You speak that language.
  • Self-motivated, deadline-driven, and great at juggling multiple tasks.
  • A people person who’s also fab at solo missions.
  • You can do data – read it, analyse it, act on it.
  • Bonus points if you’ve got:
  • Basic photography skills
  • Experience working with volunteers
  • You’re IT-literate and warehouse-safety savvy.
