Before starting your employment, you will undergo a comprehensive induction process, lasting approximately 20 minutes. This session allows you to familiarise yourself with the job processes and meet our managers, who will be available to address any questions or concerns you may have about the role.

It’s worth noting that the work environment is clean, maintained at a comfortable temperature, and situated within a spacious warehouse. The primary focus of this role involves packing, labelling, and sorting items for renowned and esteemed printing company.

Working hours for this position are scheduled from 6:00 am to 1:30 pm and from 1:30 pm to 9:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualities:

• Previous experience in a high-paced packing environment, distinct from general warehousing or picking roles.
• Consistent ability to meet hourly productivity targets.
• Preferably, a background in card packing.
• Reliable transportation to ensure punctual attendance for shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Matching customer orders with packed products.
• Packing finished products from the production line.
• Ensuring both productivity targets and a high level of accuracy (100%) are maintained.

Requirements

• Proficient reading skills in English, as products are customised based on customer orders, making English reading comprehension essential.
• Capable of working with both accuracy and efficiency.
• Keen attention to detail.
